How To Help

We are currently soliciting volunteer interest, please express your interest here:  MLSRC – VOLUNTEER INTEREST.

Before the season, you will also have to complete a Santa Rosa County background check; fees apply.
More details will be available spring of 2019.

Buddy Training

What Is A Buddy?

Buddies are friends on the field. They protect and assist the Miracle League players in batting and running the bases (if needed) and help around the dugout.

Buddies partner with the player’s entire family. This would include understanding the specific needs of the player. Buddies also provide an opportunity for parents, siblings, and friends to sit back and enjoy watching their player play.

Buddies are very important to The Miracle League and the level of commitment is high. If you cannot commit to the entire season, there will also be an opportunity to be in the Buddy Bullpen. More details will be available spring of 2019.

Who is eligible to be a Buddy and what’s the process to apply?

Buddies are youth 10 years of age and older and adults who want to assist on a regular basis. Each buddy is paired with a specific child every season and will be expected to attend games and practices regularly for the entire season.
